JAMMU, Aug 17: Due to the leakage of question paper in some parts of the country, the Army authorities have cancelled the Common Entrance Examination held on July 26 of last month for Soldier General Duty (all categories) and Soldier Technical (all categories).
All the candidates who had appeared in these categories in the last CEE, will have to appear again in the CEE scheduled on August 30, 2015. Affected candidates are required to report to Army Recruiting Office Jammu between August 18 and August 22, 2015 for issuance of fresh admit card, said a handout, issued by PRO Defence.
The recruitment rally for candidates from J&K was held in Akhnoor in the month of May 2015. Shortlisted candidates had appeared in the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) at Army Public School (Akhnoor) on July 26, 2015 for the final selection. The CEE was conducted simultaneously on the same date at a number of centres throughout the country.
