SURANKOTE, May 9: In an endeavour to empower the youth of the region and to make them capable for employment, a Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under the aegis of Counter Insurgency Force Romeo organised a lecture-cum-counseling session on various opportunities available in the banking sector as per aptitude of the youth with the active support of J&K Bank.
A large number of youth from near by areas turned up to avail the opportunity.
Manager, J&K Bank Daraba, YP Saini, along with his staff delivered talks on the process of recruitment, preparation by candidates for cracking the exams and opportunities available after selection. A thirty minute question-answer session was also held wherein bank officials replied to the queries of youth.
While speaking to the youth, Saini said, “Banking sector has tremendous growth potential in the present era. Contrary to as usual, banking jobs are ample in number and provide adequate growth opportunities”.
