JAMMU, Nov 3: An Army Havaldar was injured in a mine blast near the Line of Control (LoC) in Bandi Chechian area of Poonch today.

Injured has been identified as Havaldar Durga Singh.
He was reportedly patrolling forward area of the LoC when he stepped over a mine leading to blast causing injuries to him.
He was evacuated from the site of explosion by his colleagues and airlifted to the Military Hospital Udhampur for treatment.
Last week, two Army soldiers including a Lieutenant were martyred in a mine blast near LoC in Kalal area of Nowshera sector in Rajouri district.
