Army imparts computer training to youth

Rajouri, Aug 7: A 14 day computer training course for the youth was conducted by the  Rashtriya Rifles  at Kalakote.
The unique concept of ‘training the youth’ was started by the Army, in order to give basic knowledge of computers and use of internet.
Fifteen youth were imparted training by three qualified Army instructors. The urge to imbibe computer education has been on the rise in the Kalakote region.  There have been frequent demands by the school authorities and youth of this region for computer classes for them in absence of any coaching centre in the region.
At the end, a test was conducted for the participants and certificates were distributed.
