JAMMU, Mar 4: Khour Police booked an army jawan hailing from Rakh Malal area in a rape case.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a girl with Police Station Khour stating that Army jawan identified as Arun Kumar, son of Romesh Lal of Rakh Malal made physical relations on the pretext of marrying her but later refused.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 11/2022 under Sections 376 and 109 IPC has been registered against the Army jawan and investigation started.
