SRINAGAR, Feb 21: In an effort to reach out to the public and extend a helping hand to the residents of the far flung and remote areas, a medical camp was organized at Salar by the Army.
An Army spokesman said the camp was conducted to make essential medical services available to the local population by a team of Army doctors.
“The patients were given medical treatment along with free medicines and cases requiring prolonged treatment were referred for specialist treatment at SKIMS, Srinagar. The medical camp witnessed an unprecedented footfall as the locals came forward to reap the benefits of this Medical Camp,” he added.
