Army organizes Guest Lecture

SRINAGAR, Feb 10: Army organized a Guest Lecture for the students of Chinar Nau Jawan Club in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district today.
An Army spokesman said that Chinar Nau Jawan Club, Baramulla has been providing skill oriented training to the youth of Kashmir in six different domains including hospitality. With rising opportunities in the hospitality industry, it is important to provide an in depth exposure to the students. Therefore, a Guest Lecture was organised by the Army at Chinar Nau Jawan Club, Baramulla.
“Harsh Chand, Human Resource Manager and Jerin, Operations Incharge of Hotel, The Lalit Grand, Srinagar interacted with the students of Hospitality and Personality Development domain. Harsh started his interaction with the meaning of hospitality and gave them an insight into the nuances and requirements of Hotel Industry. Jerin explained about the work culture and as to how they can effectively become part of the hospitality industry,” he said
He said they emphasized upon hard work and importance of loving the profession to gain success. The interaction culminated with an open session for queries of the students, which were aptly answered by Harsh and Jerin.
“The Army is striving to provide the best opportunities to the youth of Kashmir, so that a bright future is ensured for them and such initiatives are a step towards the same,” he added.
