RAJOURI, Nov 24: Rashtriya Rifles Sector at Manjakote under Romeo Force today organized a recruitment rally at Rajouri for enrollment of local youth of J&K into Indian Army.
Candidates from all the districts of the State participated in the rally. The screening process comprised of putting the candidates through varied physical tests like 1.6 Km run, pull-ups, balance and 9 feet ditch, following which they underwent physical measurements of height, weight, chest and finally they were medically examined by a team of doctors.
Many youths were found physically fit, and will undergo medical and written entrance examinations later on.
The process was merit based, giving a fair and impartial opportunity to all eligible youth.
