SRINAGAR, Aug 23: The Army today organised youth interaction at Government Higher Secondary School, Naugam Kandi Baramulla in which over 200 students and youth from the area participated.
A statement issued here said that the Youth Interaction was organised by the Army to create awareness amongst the local youth regarding the various career options available after clearing the 10+2 exams as well as after completing their graduation.
“Various eminent speakers from fields of Media and Mass Communication, Tourism Industry and Civl Services interacted with the youth and created awareness about their respective fields. In addition, Adil Mushtaq, Deputy Director, Directorate of Employment, Asadullah, District Social Welfare Officer and Maknoo, Section Officer, District Industries Centre, Baramulla were also present.
In the end, a lecture on motivating the youth to join the Army was also conducted.
