Army organizing English speaking classes for students

JAMMU, Sept 21: As part of the Sadbhavana initiative, Rashtriya Rifles Battalion under Romeo Force is conducting English Speaking Classes for boys and girls at Government Girls High School, Ari .
The classes which started today will last till October 20. 56 children are attending the classes being conducted by an English tutor namely Sayda Akhtar.
The classes are being conducted on the basics of English language with the aim of developing interest in the language which has now become an important medium of communication between peers in different states and various walks of life.
Meanwhile, the Battalion under Romeo Force today started imparting rigorous two weeks training to the local youth of Rajouri district to prepare them for upcoming recruitment rallies into the Indian Army. All important aspects of the recruitment will be covered in detail during the training.
The training camp is receiving overwhelming response from the youth of the area and more than 50 to 60 local youth are likely to be benefited from it.
