UDHAMPUR, Mar 11: 25 Air Defence Regiment on behalf of 611 (I) AD Brigade distributed furniture and computers to Government Middle School, Chagli Babey, here at Majalta.
The furniture and computers were distributed under ‘Operation Sadbhavna’ by Colonel SM Bharti, Commanding Officer, 25 Air Defence Regiment, in a small ceremony held at Udhampur, here today.
Speaking on the occasion, Colonel expressed hope that their initiative would improve the infrastructure of the school, motivate the students and channelize their energy in the right direction.
He also hoped that this would also help to nurture and guide the young generation and pull them out of illiteracy in these economically backward areas which are devoid of good education facilities.
