Army Soldier Martyred In Mine Blast Along LoC In J&K’s Poonch

JAMMU, Dec 9: An army soldier was martyred in a mine blast near LoC in Mandi area of Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir on Monday.
Officials said that during patrolling along LoC, an army soldier accidently stepped on mine triggering a blast.

In this incident one army soldier (Havildar) identified as Subaish (39) was critically injured. He was immediately evacuated to hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.
Meanwhile, police has registered a case in this regard and investigation has been taken up.
