SRINAGAR, May 13: In continuation to its relentless efforts to provide gainful employment to the youth of Kashmir, the Army’s 46 Rashtriya Rifles (RR) in Baramulla under Dagger Division trained the local youth for Tata Consultancy Services interviews.
“A total of 9 candidates made through the tough screening and have been nominated for a 14 week training capsule with TCS, Kolkata”, an official said.
TCS as part of the Udaan project is offering free boarding and lodging besides stipend of Rs 15,000 every month on successful completion as TCS employees.
“This drive undertaken by the Army in collaboration with TCS is a unique one and the local populace expressed gratitude to Army for its untiring efforts towards the upliftment of Kashmiri youth”, he added.
