JAMMU, Mar 17: Around dozen hutments were gutted in fire in Shakti Nagar area here today.

As per police sources, fire broke out in a hutment probably due to short circuit in Shakti Nagar area. The fire spread to adjoining hutments.
On getting information, police team rushed to the spot and informed the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
Fire fighters along with tenders reached the spot and doused the flames. Around dozen hutments were gutted in fire.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the exact loss could not be ascertained yet.
Bakshi Nagar Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
