JAMMU, May 22: Mata Kheer Bhawani Ji Yatra Welfare Society held a meeting with the Deputy Commissioner, Devender Singh Bahu and ACR, Dr Reyaz Ahmad of Relief Organisation and other officials and discussed the preparations made by Relief Department for the annual yatra falling on May 28 .
The Society expressed its confidence over the prompt and quick response and action taken by the Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner Migrants (RRCM) and his team on the guidelines of Divisional Commissioner Jammu issued on May 11.
Deputy Commissioner, Relief, Devender Singh Bahu and ACR, Dr Reyaz Ahmad informed in detail the preparations and steps taken by the Department about the yatra. All the concerned committees present in the meeting showed their satisfaction.
Dr Reyaz Ahmad said the Department has made all arrangements and all the concerned agencies and departments have been requested for providing of their logistic support and cooperation.
Those who attended the meeting included Pintoo Ji, M K Yogi VKS general secretary, B B Bhat, president Nagdandhi ,B L Dhar of Kashi Bub Ashram and representatives from Tikker, Mazgam, Logripora, Devsar, and other social workers and political representatives , Hira Lal Pandita, Chuni Lal Kandi, T K Dhar, Rajiv Seghal, M.L Padroo, Avtar Ji, Bitu Ji Bhat, P L Tbusoo, Sunil Pandita ,Chaman Lal ,Ashok Dhar, S L Koul, Anil Bhan, Roop Krishan, Daya Krishan, Sanjay Dhar, Jatin Bhat, Sumit Bhan etc.
