SRINAGAR, Nov 27: A local court in Srinagar has issued non-bailable arrest warrant against owner of Al-Balag Hajj and Umra who duped over 65 Hajj aspirants in 2012.
4th Additional Sessions Judge Srinagar, Haq Nawaz, issued non-bailable warrant against Mehraj Ahmad Khan son of Mohammad Yusuf Khan of Zirhama Kupwara, the owner of Al-Balag Hajj and Umra who duped over 65 Hajj aspirants in 2012. The SSP Srinagar has been directed to execute the arrest.
The tour operator took money from the people for offering Hajj service but duped them. A case (FIR No. 83/2012 of 2012) was registered against the owner of the company in Police Station Shaheed Gunj. Police produced challan against him and his wife Zamrooda in the court.
The judge also forfeited the bail and issued notice to one Ammanullah Khan son of Nawab Khan as why the bail bond can’t be recovered from him.
