JAMMU, Sept 2: Public Works Department today ordered suspension of Ravinder Singh, In-charge Assistant Engineer (Civil), who was arrested by Anti-Corruption Bureau for accepting bribe.
According to an order in this regard, Ravinder Singh, AE (Civil), REW, Boniyar, who was arrested by ACB, shall be deemed to have been placed under suspension with effect from the date has been arrested i. e August 1, 2022, in terms of Rule 31(2) of J&K Civil Services (Classification & Control) Appeals, 1996.
During the period of his suspension, he shall remain attached with the office of Chief Engineer, PW(R&B) Kashmir.
