JAMMU, Dec 13: Shiv Sena (UBT) J&K unit president, Manish Sahni here today has said that Article 370 has become a history now and the politicians should stop doing politics on it.
Talking to reporters he condemned the statement of Dr. Farooq Abdullah wherein the NC leader has said that J&K should go to hell.
“Farooq Abdullah’s statement is the result of this frustration although he has clarified about his words after sometime,” the Shiv Sena leader said adding: “Opposition leaders should raise their voice on public issues rather than talking about 370.”
He said that the decision of Supreme Court was a blow to political parties and leaders who befooled the public on Article 370.
“We will have to move forward with the demands of full statehood to J&K, restoration of democratic process and rights of the local people,” Sahni maintained.
President Shiv Sena Women Wing, Meenakshi Chhibber; general secretary, Vikas Bakshi; vice president, Sanjeev Kohli; president Kamgar Sena, Raj Singh; secretary, Rajesh Handa; Mahindra Singh and Rajinder Kumar were also present on this occasion.
