Arun tours Purmandal villages, listens public grievances

VIJAYPUR, July 19: BJP leader Arun Kumar Sharma today toured several villages of Purmandal, including Nandak, Pajoli, Deon, Bara Kather, Nagrota and Purmandal where he interacted with the locals and listened to their grievances as well as demands.
The villagers invited attention of the BJP leader towards the deteriorated condition of road from Purmandal to Pajoli, link road from Purmandal to Sangar and Ring Road Nagrota . They demanded immediate repair of these roads and also restarting the work on Utterbehani Devika Bridge, which has been delaying since long.
People demanded that a separate building may be constructed for Police Post Utterbehani, which is presently functioning from the Temple Trust building after being shifted from PWD Guest House. Locals also demanded improvement of play ground at village Nagrota by Youth Services and Sports Department, which has been a long pending demand of the people.
Arun Sharma assured the people that their genuine demands and problems will be brought into the notice of concerned authorities in respective departments on priority basis and he would try to arrange a personal visit of Chief Secretary Jammu and Kashmir Government to the area.
Arun Sharma also appealed people to strengthen hands of BJP, which is the only political party committed to welfare of masses, particularly weaker sections and down trodden.
During the tour, Arun was accompanied by the party activists, including Pt Govind Ram, Mohan Lal, Tarsem Lal, Girdhari Lal, Krishan Chand, Sonu and others.
