JAMMU, Sept 9: Senior BJP leader and Party candidate from Jammu West Constituency, Arvind Gupta here today filed his nomination papers in the presence of former Union Minister Anurag Thakur, who accompanied Arvind to the event.
The nomination rally, a show of immense strength and support, commenced from Toph Sherkhania Park and passed through various localities and bazaars, drawing widespread enthusiasm from the public.
Thousands of supporters, along with prominent BJP leaders, walked in solidarity with Arvind Gupta. The rally culminated at Town Hall, where the formal nomination process was completed.
Priya Sethi, former minister; Sat Sharma, BJP J&K working president; Prabhat Jamwal, senior BJP leader; Sunil Sethi, senior BJP leader; Mandal presidents—Keshav Chopra, Atul Bakshi, Brijesh Gupta, Sucha Singh, Dharam Singh Jamwal, Sanjay Baru, Jeet Angral, Surinder Singh, Vennu and several others were among the key party figures present on the occasion.
Anurag Thakur, while addressing the gathering, praised Arvind Gupta’s dedication and urged the public to support him for a bright and progressive future.

He emphasized how the abrogation of Article 370 paved the way for unprecedented growth, stability and empowerment in the region.
