KISHTWAR, July 18: In the general body meeting of Shri Sanatan Dharam Sabha (SDS) Kishtwar here, today held in the premises of Shree Gori Shankar Mandir, Sarkot Arvind Parihar of Matta was elected as convener un opposed for the conduct of election of SDS Kishtwar in a time bound manner within a period of three months.
The meeting which was held under the chairmanship of Mahant Ram Sharan Dass also decided that till holding of elections Arvind Parihar will act as caretaker president of Sabha and will ensure arrangement of celebration of following festivals of Sanatan Samaj.
The welcome address was made by general secretary of the Sabha Kewal Sharma while the president of the Sabha Surinder Sen highlighted the achievements of the Sabha.
