JAMMU, Oct 18: Arya Pratinidhi Sabha J&K (representing all Arya Samajs in the State, has organized its 6th relief camp at Ram Bagh covering 25 families & Sure Chak covering 91 families in Phalain Mandal .The relief material was received from Sarvdeshik Arya Pratinidhi Sabha Delhi and one of the social organization of Jammu.
On the occasion Yajan (Agnihotra) was performed by Ravi Kant, in an open place at village Sure Chak where the function was organized to pray Almighty for peace and prosperity in the State. Approximately 150 people, including children participated in the yajan.
Ration items like Atta,sugar, salt & pulses and , sweaters etc. were distributed. It was the sixth relief camp in continuation for the people worstly affected by recent rains and floods, after organizing such camps at Panjar, Pargwal, Rajouri, Lamberi and Sure Chak a handout issued said.
The members who formed relief team were Bharat Bhushan Arya president, Ravi Kant Secretary and Subhash Gupta library Incharge of Arya Pratinidhi Sabha.
