KALAKOTE, Dec 16: Senior Congress leader and party candidate for Kalakote constituency, Ashok Sharma today assured that if elected to power, he would fight and ensure that all Asha Workers. ReT’s Teachers, Daily Wagers, Contractual, Adhoc, Community Participation Workers and other youth engaged under various schemes are regularized in one go to remove their economic hardships.
“Besides, I would work whole heartedly for ensuring full empowerment of Panchayati Raj Institutions besides enhancing the honorarium of Sarpachs, Panchs, Chairmen and members of Panchayati Adalats within 6 months of the conclusion of Assembly elections”, he added.
Addressing a number of public meetings to further consolidate support of people in his favour at various places in Kalakote constituency, Sharma said that he would make concerted endeavor towards regularize the services of SPO’s and organizing time to time on spot recruitment of un-employed youth of Kalakote Constituency in Police and Central Para Military Forces besides creating other avenues to arrange jobs for the youth of the area.
The Congress candidate retreated that there is urgent need of creation of a new district at Kalakote, Sub Divisions at Chingus and Taryath besides 4 new Tehsils, 4 Rural Development Blocks and 6 Niabats in the constituency if elected to Legislative Assembly.
