JAMMU, June 28:The journalist fraternity has expressed condolences with Ashwani Kumar, former Bureau Chief Aaj Tak and ex president Press Club of Jammu over the sad demise of his father Onkar Nath Chandra (Retired Superintendent of Police) after brief illness at AIIMS New Delhi.
The Press Club of Jammu (PCJ) condoled the death of Onkar Nath Chandra and conveyed heartfelt condolences to Ashwani Kumar.
PCJ chief Sanjeev Pargal said entire media fraternity was saddened by the demise of Ashwani Kumar’s father. He spoke to Kumar on telephone and conveyed heartfelt condolences to him.
Several journalists and media bodies have also expressed their condolences to Kumar on the demise of his father. They prayed for peace to the departed soul and courage to the bereaved family to bear this irreparable loss.
