JAMMU, Dec 19: Asian Granito India Ltd (AGL), one of India’s top four ceramic tile manufacturers, has opened its 76th ‘AGL Tiles World Exclusive’ showroom in Jammu.
The Jammu showroom, the company’s second exclusive showroom in the State, will feature never-seen-before collections of a wide range of wall and floor tiles of superior quality and unparalleled variety under a single roof. With the opening of this showroom in Jammu, the number of AGL tiles world exclusives has gone up to 76th outlets in India.
The showroom was launched in partnership with M/s Shiva Marble & Granites, Link Road Trikuta Nagar, Greater Kailash, Marble Market Jammu and inaugurated by Pankaj Patel, Director of AGL Tiles, in presence of Ramesh Prajapati (AGM- North, AGL Tiles), Rajender Gupta (Owner of showroom), Om Dutt Barkulia (State Head-J&K) and Shekhar Kumar (Marketing Department).
Explaining the strategic plans of the company, Pankaj Patel, Director, Asian Granito India Ltd said, “The Jammu showroom is special also because it is our 76th store nationally and the 2nd in Jammu and Kashmir. “Earlier tiles were mainly found in bathrooms and kitchens but now due to the wide range of designs and beautiful characteristics, interior decorators, architects and individuals as well are willing to use tiles for flooring, drawing rooms, bedrooms, exteriors and balcony as decorative products. Printing technology too has transformed dramatically as digital printing has opened up new avenues for the tiles industry,” said Pankaj Patel.
