JAMMU, Apr 26:  The Management of A S N Hr Sec School, Channi Himmat, Jammu today organized one day workshop for teachers on the topic ‘Train the Teachers’ in the school premises, here today.
18 teachers of the school participated in the workshop.
The workshop was inaugurated by Ritesh Kapoor, Administrator of the school.
Israr Khan, DIG of Police (Retd) was the chief guest on the occasion, while Nighat Khan, Principal Rainbow International School, Srinagar, Rashim Anand, Director Education Express and Dheeraj Sharma, Director DCM Public School, Akhnoor were the guests of honour.
The workshop, which was done in two sessions, was conducted by  Kunal Anand, Trainer and Motivational Speaker from Education Express.
In the first session, various parts were undertaken which were Ice-breaking Session, Personal Grooming and Professional Dressing.
While in the second session, they were given tips as to how to  become a great teacher and how to involve students in the class. Kunal Anand gave various references and videos of international branding to explain and elaborate the concepts.
Speaking on the occasion, Israr Khan said that today in the era of advancement, teachers are required to be train themselves first and then raise the level of the standard of education around his periphery.
He also presented certificates of participation and souvenirs to the participants.
Vandana Trehan, overall House Incharge of the School presented vote of thanks.
