Aspirants’ concern over delay in release of selection list by JK Bank

JAMMU, Dec 10: The candidates aspiring for the post of  Relationship Executives in J&K Bank whose interviews were held from July this year to September this year have demanded the release of selection list immediately.
A group of these aspirants who visited Excelsior today and said that the process for the appointment of Relationship Executives in the Bank was started in April last year by issuing notification and the online test was held in the month of September last year after a gap of over four months.
They said even the candidates from one district had to appear in online test in another district and about 40,000 candidates appeared in the online test at various centers. The result of the test was published in various news papers on December 7 last year after a gap of three months. About 3300 candidates qualified the written test and the interview started after a gap of six months, they added.
The candidates said that till this date the selection list has not been released by the concerned authorities of the Bank. The delay in selection process has been a cause of concern for the aspirants who said delaying the same beyond a stipulated period has given rise to many apprehensions among them.
These aspirants in an appeal to Chairman of the Bank Pervez Ahmed have sought his immediate intervention in the matter also.
