JAMMU, Mar 7: Legislative Assembly today paid rich tributes to former Legislator, Ram Dass Dogra.
Speaker Legislative Assembly, Mubarak Gul moved the obituary references in this regard in the House today. He described the late leader as a man of masses who always had the welfare of people up on his mind. He said late Mr. Dogra dedicated his entire life to the service of the society for which he will be remembered forever.
The Speaker said Mr. Dogra joined politics in 1960 and was elected as member of Assembly in 1983.
A 2-minute silence was observed as a mark of respect to the leader and House adopted the Motion.
