RAMNAGAR, Mar 6: General secretary, Pradesh Youth Congress, RS Pathania, today expressed his disappointment over just concluded State Assembly Session, saying no burning issue pertaining to Ramnagar Assembly segment was properly projected during the whole Session.
Addressing largely-attended public meetings at Dak Bungalow, Gandh Top, Kalwanta, and many other villages, he said no voice was raised in the Assembly for proper repair-cum-renovation of Dhar Road, Samba-Battal Road and other roads, which need immediate blacktopping.
Though two-third population of the area is affected by erratic water supply, bleak power supply, impaired healthcare and slipshod educational and recreational facilities, but no such issue was raised in the Assembly Session, he added.
He further said that the scenic beauty of Basantgarh and Dudu mars the choicest of tourist hubs of the State but no assurance was made regarding proper conservation, beautification and proper development of Mansar and Surinsar lakes.
