JAMMU, Feb 4: Assistant Commissioner (Relief) in Relief Organization has been nominated as Competent Authority for issuance of Legal Heirship certificate to the next of kin of the deceased by Covid-19, who are registered as Kashmiri migrants.
According an order in this regard, issued today by the Department of Disaster Management, relief, Rehabilitation & Reconstruction, Assistant Commissioner Relief shall be the Competent Authority for issuance of the certificate for getting the ex-gratia assistance.
