Ati Motors finds place in Forbes Asia 100 watch list

JAMMU, Aug 29: Ati Motors, a Bangaluru based company with state of the art research and manufacturing facility in city’s central hub, has succeeded in finding a place in Forbes Asia 100 watch list.
Founded by CEO Saurabh Chandra, a son of the soil, Ati Motors has been recognized as one of the top 18 Indian companies on the Forbes Asia 100 watch list, featured in September 2024 issue. This prestigious list highlights promising small companies and Startups in the Asia-Pacific region.
The Forbes list represents companies from 16 countries and territories, spanning over 10 industries, including enterprise technology, robotics, finance, manufacturing and energy segments. India, a hotbed of Startups has the biggest presence this year with 20 companies, followed by Singapore 15, Mainland China 10, Japan 9 and Indonesia 8.
Ati Motors’ innovative three-wheeled robots, branded Sherpa are designed for factory and warehouse use, capable of towing trolleys and navigating obstacles with advanced sensors and AI-based software.
During 2023, the company secured 10.8 million dollars in Series- A funding from investors including Blume Ventures, MFV Partners and True Ventures. The company has expanded its presence globally with operations in USA, Mexico, Thailand and Vietnam. Its major clients are- Bosch, Airbus, Samsung, TVS, Toyota, Ceat Tyres etc.
With the Saurabh’s parental and maternal families and own contacts, the company has also managed to develop strong ties in the Jammu.
