ARNAS, June 6: Police today foiled an attempt of bovine smuggling and rescued three animals besides arresting the smuggler
A specific information was received at Police Station Arnas that some persons were taking bovine animals to Kashmir from Thuroo without any legal permission. On this, a Police team from Police Station Arnas, along with a team of SPP Bassan, laid a special naka at Bassan and rescued three bovine animals from the possession of accused person namely Mohammad Shafi of Thuroo.
Police arrested the accused and registered a case in this connection.
