Austerity measures

Sir,
Modi Govt  is heading step by step towards good governance in the country. It is correct to admit that several welfare measures have been taken right now since formation of Modi’s Govt in the Centre.
Now accountability is being observed in the bureaucracy of the country during this short span of his ruling time. The long pending demand of the people in the country was to know the facts about black money holders in Swiss Banks and the present Govt has done a lot of work in this regard while efforts are on in listing  out all the names of such persons. The collegium system with regard to appointment of  judges has been done away with and trasparency in the appointment of judges looks to be assured now. The economy of the country is gradually heading towards stability and prices of some consumer goods are showing downward trend in the market.
Recently some more fiscal measures have been mooted for the welfare of the people. Now the Govt  at the Centre has banned first class air travel for bureaucrats, meetings in five star hotels, ban on filling of vacant posts to reduce fiscal deficit. Such measures are intended at promoting fiscal discipline. Video conferences should be used only whenever possible. Creations of new positions as well as car purchases are mostly banned now. The Govt prooses to lower the fiscal deficit to 3 percent of GDP by 2016-17. The task is challenging one and we are expecting revival of  growth from the present dispensation at the Centre  in near future.
Yours etc….
