JAMMU, Nov 23: Patrick Suckling, High Commissioner of Australia to India, currently on a visit to the State, met Chief Secretary B R Sharma here this evening.
During their hour long meeting, the Chief Secretary and the High Commissioner of Australia discussed developmental priorities of the State Government and the potential of cooperation especially in Agriculture & allied sectors, hydropower projects, urban planning, solid waste management, education & skill development.
The Australian High Commissioner particularly spoke about the high scope of cooperation in agri business in J&K.
Mr Suckling was accompanied by Jenny Grant, Counsellor.
