JAMMU, Sept 11: The team of the 58 International and National award winning film “Navras Katha Collage” today reached Jammu as part of their ongoing journey to promote the movie across the country from Kashmir to Kanyakumari.
Recently, the team of the movie visited Dal Lake in Kashmir valley to interact with locals and share the insights about the film.
Directed, produced and acted by Praveen Hingonia, the film that is set to release on October 18, 2024 nationwide, carries a significant social message against various evils of the society.
Addressing media persons at Jammu Press Club after showing the trailer of the film, Praveen Hingonia said that he has played nine distinct roles in the movie, paying tribute to the legendary actors Kamal Hassan and Sanjeev Kumar, who had also played multiple characters in their films.
According to him, the content of the movie has already received accolades from different award deciding committees in foreign lands as well as within the country.
He said one of the parts of the movie has also been shot in Reasi’s Bhimgarh Fort and Doda’s Bhaderwah and he has received huge support and appreciation from the people of the Jammu and Kashmir during his stay in the region.
Meanwhile, Hingonia appealed people from across the globe to come and enjoy the scenic beauty and hospitality of the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
Produced under the banner of Swardhrupad Productions, the film’s cast includes notable actors such as Shaji Choudhary, Dayanand Shetty, Revathi Pillai, Sunita Rajwar, Mahesh Sharma, Prachi Sinha, Amardeep Jha, Shreya Jha, Jai Shankar Tripathi, and Ishan Shankar.
