JAMMU, Mar 12: The general awareness programme was conducted at Dansal and Jindrah regarding “Beti Bachao Beti Padao” today. The show was organized by the Government of India, Ministry of Women and Child Development through publicity vehicle which was flagged off from PHC Dansal by Tehsildar Jindrah, Subash Chander, Mohd Rashid, Naib Tehsildar, Jajjar Kotli, CDPO Punita Bhagat and hospital staff and others. The main function was celebrated at Panchayat Ghar, Jindrah in presence of Anil Sharma, Sarpanch Jindrah. At the end Dr Sumir Koul , Medical Officer Dansal delivered a lecture on the said topic.
