KUPWARA, Jan 12: J&K Grameen Bank (JKGB) in collaboration with NABARD organized an awareness programme on Pradhan Mantri’s Social Security Schemes at village Hundi and Tikker.
Speaking on the occasion, chief guest, VK Sharma, Senior Manager, MF&FI Department, JKGB, informed the participants at length regarding the benefits of newly launched schemes named PMJJBY, PMSBY and APY.
He further informed the gathering that these schemes have been designed to provide security cover to the poor population particularly those working in the unorganized sectors. He advised the people to avail this benefit through nearest Grameen Bank Branch.
