JAMMU, July 6: Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha and former Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad today ruled out return to State politics setting at rest the reports that he would be projected as Congress Chief Ministerial candidate in the next Assembly elections.
In a statement to the Excelsior, Azad said: “It is true that all the State leaders during Congress meeting in Srinagar desired that I should be projected as the Chief Ministerial candidate of the Congress for next Assembly elections. But my answer to the proposal is big No”.
