Babila, Kamili re-designated as Comm Secy

JAMMU, Mar 11: The Jammu and Kashmir Government has re-designated two Administrative Secretaries as Commissioner Secretary to the Government.
As per a Government order, Babila Rakwal, Administrative Secretary of the Cooperative Department and Shabnam Kamili, Administrative Secretary of the ARI and Trainings Department, have been elevated to Commissioner Secretary rank for their respective departments with immediate effect.
