Bail denied to 3 real brothers in murder case

JAMMU, Jan 1: Principal Sessions Judge Poonch, Jaffer Hussain Beigh today rejected the bail application of three real brothers namely Sami Ullah, Mehtab Ullah and Ashfaq Ullah, sons of Abdul Hai, who were allegedly involved in murder case.
“From the perusal of the challan it came to fore that accused are facing trial for commission of murder of Shahien Akther and also for causing disappearance of evidence of offence by throwing the dead body in the nallah for which the case was registered at Police Station Mendhar on January 4, 2014”, the court said.
“Charges for commission of offences under Sections 302, 201 and 34 RPC were framed against the accused persons vide court order dated 11.6.2014. So, it cannot be said that prima facie case against the accused persons is not made out. The prosecution is leading its evidence. There is no delay in the trial of the case because after framing of the charges the witnesses of the prosecution are continuously being examined in the instant case”, court said while rejecting the bail application.
