SAMBA, Aug 9: Principal Sessions Judge Samba Sonia Gupta has rejected the bail application of one Muninder Singh, who was also involved in kidnapping of minor child from Chichi Mata Temple.
“The allegations against the applicant are severe in nature and perusal of the record prima facie reveals his involvement in kidnapping and trafficking of a minor child. Investigation of the case is not complete as yet and the co- accused, who was conspirator in the case, is still absconding”, the court said, adding “nature of the offence can never be lost sight of by the court while deciding the bail application”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
