JAMMU, Mar 6: Special Court has rejected the bail application of Riyaz Ahmed, Forest Guard, Devi Dass, member of VDC and Shahbaz Ahmed, who were arrested for providing logistics to the militants in Kishtwar.
After hearing APP Sanjay Kohli for the UT, the court observed, “there is sufficient incriminating material /evidence, both, verbal as well as documentary collected by the investigating officer in the matter for drawing a legal inference/opinion that there are reasonable grounds for believing that the accusation against the applicant/accused are true.”
With these observations, court dismissed application.
