JAMMU, Sept 19: Special Municipal Magistrate Jammu, M R Chak today rejected the bail application of Dr Jarnail Singh Sodhi, who duped youths by promising Government job.
After hearing Advocates ZA Mughal and Zaffar Iqbal Choudhary appearing for the petitioner whereas Senior Prosecuting Officer appearing for the State, Special Mobile Magistrate observed, “police is still investigating to unfold this big racket. The unemployed frustrate youth are the easy victims who can fell prey to such a trap laid by the accused”.
“Moreover, police has yet to effect the arrest of associates of the accused who helped him transacting the affairs of this undergone racket”, the court said while rejecting the bail application.
