JAMMU, Oct 23: Third Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, Y P Kotwal today rejected the bail application of Bodh Raj and Keemti Lal, who were involved in alleged kidnapping and rape case.
“Rape is not only a crime against the woman but is a crime against the entire society and it is a crime against the basic human rights and violative of victim’s most cherished right, which includes right to live with human dignity”, the court said.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
