JAMMU, Oct 20: Special Mobile Magistrate Samba Swati Gupta today rejected the bail application of Ashwani Kumar, Sunil Kumar and Sohan Lal, who were allegedly involved in theft and dealing with stolen vehicles.
After hearing Senior PO Kuldeep Bhat appearing for the police, Special Mobile Magistrate observed, “the investigation is at very primitive stage and the nature and magnitude of the offences alleged to have been committed by the accused have instilled insecurity amongst general public which needs to be dispelled till the time the investigation is completed”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail applications.
