JAMMU, Dec 25: Bar Association Jammu has announced to suspend work tomorrow in all courts of Jammu, including the High Court, on account of untimely death of senior advocate Chander Mohan Thapa.
Decision to suspend the court work was taken during a meeting of the Bar Association, which also requested the High Court for holding Reference tomorrow, informed B S Slathia, president BAJ.
Earlier, a large number of people, particularly from the Legal fraternity, took part in the funeral of Chander Mohan Thapa whose mortal remains were consigned to flames at Jogi Gate Cremation Ground this afternoon.
