NEW DELHI: Bajaj Auto has named its 400 cc motorcycle ‘Dominar 400’ and already commenced its production at Chakan plant.
Dominar is derived from a Spanish word, which means to excel or exceed in power. It would be launched on December 15, the company said in a statement.
Bajaj Auto President (Motorcycle Business) Eric Vas said, “We are delighted to announce the name of the most anticipated brand from the Bajaj auto stable. Dominar 400 has already created lot of excitement amongst bikers, which is befitting for what’s going to be one of the most path breaking products in the history of the Indian motorcycle industry.”
The first Dominar 400 was rolled out from Chakan Plant on 18th November.
