Bajra extends losses on increased supply

NEW DELHI, Oct 1:  Bajra remained weak and prices eased by another Rs 10 quintal at the wholesale grains market today on reduced offtake by consuming industries against adequate stocks position on increased arrivals from producing regions.
However, other grains moved in a narrow range in scattered deals and settled at the last levels.
Traders said ample stocks position due to increased supplies from producing belts against reduced offtake by consuming industries mainly kept pressure on bajra prices.
In the national capital, bajra fell further by Rs 10 to Rs 1,315-1,320 per quintal.
