JAMMU, Jan 3: Vijay Bakaya former MLC has expressed dismay that electric supply to colonies in Sidhra has become so erratic that there is no supply ordinarily for hours without notice.
He was surprised that for every disruption the reason given was fault in the system which he said is unacceptable as the Department has claimed to have improved the infrastructure in every area.
He said that in Sidhra the so called improvement had led to deterioration whereas in other areas voltage and supply had increased.
Bakaya demanded proper supervision and accountability be ensured by the Department.
