JAMMU, Jan 13: In order to distribute the books on Constitution of India, a programme was organised here today.
The programme was organised by Balbir Ram Rattan, J&K BJP spokesperson and former vice chairperson, in presence of SC activists of the party and Nanaji Deshmukh Library & Documentation Department Incharge Prof Kulbhushan Mohtra.
Speaking on the occasion, Balbir said, “The Union Government, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, continues to uphold the vision of Dr B R Ambedkar by implementing transformative schemes aimed at empowering marginalized communities, ensuring social justice and fostering inclusive development.”
“The people should read the life of Dr Ambedkar to know his vision on equality and justice. They must also go through reformative initiatives of Modi Government, which reflect the accomplishment of the vision of Dr Ambedkar,” he said.
“Dr Ambedkar, envisioned an equitable society free from discrimination and inequality. His vision remains at the core of several flagship programmes initiated by the Modi Government, reflecting his ideals of social justice and economic empowerment,” he added.
Prof Mohtra, said that the Modi Government has focused on education and skill development, with schemes like PM Kaushal Vikas Yojana and scholarships for SC/ST students, embodying Dr Ambedkar’s emphasis on education as a tool for empowerment. Our government is dedicated to creating opportunities for all, ensuring no one is left behind.
